1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Wizardo and every service on wizardo.com, operated by Hashlo Labs Ltd. (registration number 15781, Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros) under licence ALSI-112604117-FI1. By opening an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Bonus Terms below.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where you live if higher.
- One account per person, household, device and IP address.
- Residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Curaçao and any country where online gambling is prohibited may not open an account.
3. Your account
Keep your login details private and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, are linked to fraud or are used by anyone other than the registered holder.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited after the network confirmations shown in the cashier. Minimum withdrawal is €20. Crypto withdrawals are processed automatically; we may request identity and source-of-funds documents under our AML & KYC Policy before releasing funds. Withdrawals go back to the method used to deposit where possible.
5. Bonus terms

- Maximum bet while wagering: €5 per spin or round.

6. Fair play
Hashlo Originals are provably fair: results come from HMAC-SHA256 of the server seed and your client seed with an incrementing nonce, and the server seed hash is published before play. Third-party games use RNGs certified by independent test laboratories. In case of malfunction, all affected pays and plays are void.

8. Complaints
Contact [email protected] with your username and a description of the issue. We reply within 48 hours and resolve complaints within 14 days. If you are not satisfied, you may refer the matter to the licensing authority.
